Making for 2 pax
Ingredients:
10 or more slices of ginger (thickness=2mm)
Seasoning A
2 tbsp Sesame oil
2 tbsp Dark Soya Sauce3 tbsp Light Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Shitake Mushroom Sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Grated Ginger
Seasoning B
2 tbsp ShaoXing Wine or
Rice Wine
- Mix well seasoning A in a separate bowl
- Marinate chicken with combined seasoning. Set aside
- Heat wok with 4 tbsp of sesame oil
- Add in ginger slice and stir fry till brown
- Add in chicken and marinate sauce. Stir fry chicken till fragrant and brown.
- Add in a cup of water and cook for 10 minutes till sauce thickens
- Add in wine.
- Garnish and serve
