Sushi in Chinese Version
With the juicy and soft
egg roll skin, bouncy chewy fish paste and nutritional vegetables mix together.
They are prefect combination with high
nutritional values. It’s great for growing kids who do not like fishes and
vegetables.

Simply Fresh!!! Soya Sauce King Prawns
My mum always brought me some fresh frozen seafood from my food heaven hometown whenever she visited me.

One of the seafood I
love is XL tiger prawn with 10cm in length. The meat texture is much alike
lobster. Chewy but slight tough! Steaming and Stir frying XL tiger prawns are
probably the best cooking methods. Bare in mind that cooking prawns with their
shells if possible as to retain the flavor, moisture and juices.

Balsamic Honey Glazed Chicken
I love Balsamic vinegar a lot. The
rich and slightly sweet and sour flavor makes it goes well as bread-dips, salad
vinaigrette dressings, gourmet sauces or marinade. The pricing can be costly by
ranging on its age. I usually buy the commercial grade of balsamic vinegar
which costs less than SG$20 in any supermarkets.

Healthier Choice Time: Fish Paste Bean Curd Roll
This method of making this bean roll is almost identical to Ngor Hiong (五香), but the difference is I never use Five Spice Powder and Pork Fats. I guess most of us are healthy conscious so I decided to use Fish paste cum lean meat. This is definitely a healthier choice to try on. Happy trying.

Banana Cream Cheese Swiss Roll (All time
favourite soft and Fluffy)
I always feel hesitated to try out as I
have tried a few times in making of sponge cakes and it fails terribly. From a
sponge cake it turns to be stiff and cracks when rolling it up. So finding out
what goes wrong again and again, I decide to give a try again. Looking for the
mistakes of my past failure:
1)
The eggs whites are not beaten
in high peak!
2)
The high peak beaten egg whites
are deflated during the mixing in!
This time, I got it right! HA HA HA. My
efforts are really paid off! Thanks to blogger’s advice and youtube clips. Here

Soya sauce
chicken is all time favorite. My mum teaches me to use combination of light
soya sauce and dark sauce, red onion and garlic. From there, I would like to
give a try with addition of ingredients like using this sauce to stew hard
boiled eggs。 It is worth giving a try. The left over
chicken soya sauce can keep in the freezer for any quick meals usage like fried
bee hoon or any meat stir fry.
